Rims
and tyres![]() This cars has been equipped with alloys from MilleMiglia. The name of this model is Spider. The tyres used are Goodyear Eagle F1 215/40x17. The offset of the original rims is 32 mm. It is however possible to buy rims with a different offset but please remember that you might need spacers in order to increase the wheel track. In this case the offset is 35 mm and no spacers are needed. The rear tyres though, are on the verge on being to wide to the inside. |

Sports
air filter![]() There are two kinds of sport air filter. One type replaces the old paper filter, the other is an open filter that replaces the entire container. The less resistance for the air to get in, the easier it is for the engine to breathe. The increase in effect on a standard engine is marginal. The biggest change is the sound. The engine sounds deeper and more sporty when you press the throttle. Another big advantage is that the filter can be cleaned and used again and again. In order to enable dirt to get stuck in the filter, one has to lubricate the filter with oil after cleaning it. An open air filter whose extension has an outer diameter of 70 mm fits perfectly. |
